Tantilising tasty treats

With a supermarket, several banks, a university and now wood-fired pizzas, you could officially live your whole life without ever leaving the village of Lincoln. On second thoughts, no, that is really not a good idea. Nonetheless, Lisa and Martin were very conscious of the gaps in local offerings when they made the decision to build The Laboratory menu around the wood-fired pizza oven.

Making use of fresh and locally sourced (when possible) ingredients, The Laboratory’s pizzas are very quickly making a hard-to-pronounce name for themselves. Alongside these wood-fired beauties will be a number of Tapas-style sharing dishes and “Things on Toast”.  To maintain that spark in your relationship with The Laboratory, check back regularly for slight changes in the menu and daily blackboard specials. Don’t forget to leave room for pudding, as there will likely be at least two desserts on the menu that remind you of your Grandmother. 

The menus below are just to give you an idea of the kind of culinary treats on offer.  Our menu changes often and there are always blackboard specials, we like to experiment!
